Below are answers to common questions about Kinder Hearts Village Summer Camp.

What are your operating hours for summer?

Our summer program runs from June 1 – August 15, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Will lunch be provided?

Lunch and snacks will be provided daily. A weekly menu will be shared in advance. Parents are welcome to pack a lunch for their child if they prefer an alternative. Please notify us of any allergies during registration.

When aRe field trips? 

Weekly field trips are included. Families will be notified in advance with all details, including location, timing, and any items needed.

How many children are enrolled?

We maintain a small group setting to ensure safety, structure, and individualized attention. Enrollment is limited to provide quality care and supervision.

What happens it im late picking up my child?

We understand that delays can happen. A brief grace period is allowed after closing time; however, repeated late pickups may result in a fee. This helps us maintain a safe and consistent schedule for all children.

How can i enroll my child

You can secure your child’s spot by completing our online registration form.

Once submitted, we will follow up with next steps and program details.

Is this program safe and supervised?

Children are supervised at all times in a safe, structured environment. Staff members have completed background checks and are trained to provide attentive care and support throughout the day.
